The company is equipped with heat-sealing tape production lines, tack strip production lines, and carpet tool production equipment, with an annual production capacity reaching 400,000 cartons of heat-sealing tapes, 300,000 cartons of tack strips, and 100,000 pieces of carpet tools. Leveraging this production capacity advantage, we are capable of producing a full range of auxiliary materials for carpet installation, while providing high-quality after-sales service and competitive prices. Currently, the company has established stable cooperative relationships with several overseas trailer brands and provides them with Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) services. Our products are exported to regions including North America, Europe, Australia, Asia, and the Middle East, and our existing product portfolio covers over 50 types of products dedicated to specific models. XSflooring has obtained ISO9000 Quality Management System certification. The entire company is managed through an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, which not only realizes the standardization of basic information but also provides support for the establishment of an intelligent logistics management system. Each product is assigned a unique serial number that fully records all production information, providing more accurate data support for customer service.
